Peerce’s Up for Auction Again

The landmark restaurant is for sale.

The Grille at Peerce’s Landing will go up for auction on Nov. 10.

A.J. Billig & Co. Auctioneers of Baltimore is selling the storied, though struggling, Phoenix restaurant, as well as the land it sits on, along with several surrounding buildings. The company also auctioned the spot in 2001.

The restaurant, in a building that dates back to 1932, will remain open until the sale is complete.
