Michelin-rated chef Jonah Kim has hung up his toque at Pabu, the small-plates Japanese izakaya restaurant in the Four Seasons Baltimore

No word yet on who is filling his shoes or what the talented chef’s next venture will be, but we can’t wait to see what he does next.
