VIP Shop Crawl at Green Spring Station

Last Friday I ended my week at Green Spring Station, preparing for our VIP Shop Crawl, which is this Wednesday, Dec. 5 from 6- 9 p.m. I spent the morning choosing my top items for gift ideas that will be featured on WMAR’s show, The List, airing tomorrow, Dec. 4 at 7 p.m. on channel ABC 2. With discounts of at least 10 percent off merchandise (some even up to 25 percent off) offered by the stores who are participating, this is the perfect time to get some (if not all) of your holiday shopping completed. Start off at the Gatehouse Shoppes, where we’ll have a table set up with champagne and gift bags full of goodies for the first 100 guests. Sip on your bubbly, start your shopping, then make your way to the Joppa Concourse, Courtyard area, and Falls Concourse. Don’t forget to stop by Tark's Grill from 8-10 p.m. for some appetizer and drink specials. Here are a few items to look out for on Wednesday!

Holiday Shopping Opportunities

Looking for holiday shopping ideas? Here are a few events happening this weekend to help you out!

Holiday Heap will feature one-of-a-kind, handmade items, including jewelry, art, paper goods, ceramics, hand-printed apparel, stuffed toys, and comic books. There will be over 60 vendors present, chosen from candidates nationwide. It will take place on December 1, from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. at St. John’s Church, which is located at 2640 St. Paul St, in Charles Village.

Baltimore Fashion Alliance Holiday Party

The holiday season means lots of opportunities to dress up and attend parties, and this year is no different for the Baltimore Fashion Alliance. On Wednesday, December 12, the BFA will be hosting their annual Holiday Party at the Royal Sonesta Harbor Court Hotel in the Explorer’s Lounge, from 6-9 p.m. The party is a free event with a cash bar (which will be featuring happy hour prices) and validated valet parking. This is a perfect time to put on your finest party outfit and socialize with Baltimore’s fashion elite.

More to Harbor East

Under Armour

Earlier this month Under Armour announced plans to open its first retail store in Baltimore, in the Harbor East area. The specialty store will occupy 8,000 square feet of the first floor of the Legg Mason building, located at 700 President Street. According to the Baltimore Sun, construction will begin this month, and doors are set to open in February.
