I couldn’t wait to show this masterpiece to friends but they all said, “EWWWWWW! That’s ugly. You’re stupid.” Right then I realized the thrilling power of contemporary art, and, for the next year, every time I came down the steps at my parents’ house, I was Nude Descending A Staircase but I didn’t tell anybody.
