Zappa Statue in Highlandtown?

For months, it's been widely assumed that the Frank Zappa statue would be erected in Fells Point, but now, Highlandtown has entered the picture. On Wednesday, the Baltimore Public Art Commission plans to meet at the intersection of Eastern and Linwood avenues to discuss possible sites in the Highlandtown Arts & Entertainment district.

The meeting is scheduled for 4 pm.
