Kanye/Jay-Z Coming to 1st Mariner!

The dynamic duo of Kanye West and Jay-Z will be coming to 1st Mariner Arena on November 1st. It's part of their Watch the Throne tour, and it figures to be the hip-hop event of the year, maybe even the decade.
