
If you're not into cars speeding at insane speeds through downtown, there's still plenty to do this weekend. Everyman opens its new season with the Baltimore premiere of Time Stands Still by Donald Margulies. Acclaimed slam poet Saul Williams gives a reading at Barnes & Noble (33rd Street) Saturday afternoon and performs at Baltimore Soundstage that night. Also tomorrow, longtime Sonny Rollins sideman Mark Soskin plays two shows (8 & 9:30) at An die Musik—expect the pianist to play pieces from his excellent Nino Rota tribute album.
But the big event this weekend is ScapeScape, the sprawling music fest that started last night in Station North. Tickets are $10 per day, and here's the schedule...
