It's a gorgeous day for the Charm City Music Festival along the Harbor East waterfront. The fest features headliners like Weezer and Stephen Marley, alongside locals such as All Mighty Senators, Jah Works, and Kelly Bell. You can also check out the Electronic Dance Tent, and chow down at the crab and seafood village. Kids under 12 are free with a paying adult.

And the Ailey II dance company peforms at 7:30 this evening at Towson University's Stephens Hall.
