7- Eleven: Free Coffee and a Presidential Poll

So you have about a half-hour left if you’re just reading about this now, but 7-Eleven is offering free coffee this morning until 10 a.m.

They’re also offering you a chance to vote. Kinda. Java drinkers can pick either a 20-ounce, blue “Barack Obama” coffee cup or a red “Mitt Romney” cup, casting an informal coffee vote for the November U.S. presidential election.

According to 7-Eleven, “coffee cup-voters” have successfully predicted the winner in each of the last two presidential elections. You will be able to find this year's results later here.

At Baltimore magazine, we try to stay above the fray and brew our own coffee. But we are looking forward to hearing the results…
