Ravens Win! Super Bowl Party Begins in Fed Hill

Baltimore took to the streets Sunday night to celebrate the Ravens’ huge 28-13 upset of the New England Patriots in the AFC title game — sending us back to the Super Bowl for the second time in a dozen years.

From Federal Hill (in the above video), where police closed down South Charles Street, to Fells Point, Canton and other neighborhoods, the city erupted after the final whistle with fans singing, shouting and dancing, honking their horns and high-fiving friends and strangers alike in jubilation.

Just when we thought it couldn’t get better than last week’s double-overtime win over the Denver Broncos, the Ravens rallied from a 13-7 halftime deficit with three, Joe Flacco-led second-half touchdowns. Woot!

The question now — who has Super Bowl tickets and is there still time to book a hotel room in New Orleans?
