Recipe: Kimchi

1 head napa cabbage, shredded
1 carrot, julienned
1 onion, sliced
1/2 cup scallions, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
3/4 cup sweet chili sauce
4 tablespoons chopped garlic
3 tablespoons chopped ginger
2 tablespoons sriracha
1/4 cup light soy sauce
1 teaspoon dried shrimp powder (available at H Mart)

Incorporate all ingredients and let marinate for at least an hour (the longer the better).
