The vaunted Little Italy restaurant stays open until 3 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays (12 a.m. other nights), serving its entire, extensive menu. There's something beautiful about digging into a plate of frutti di mare, a medley of seafood served in homemade marinara sauce over spaghetti in the wee hours. The Famous Bookmaker Salad is also a great way to start—or end—a meal. Accented with shrimp, salami, provolone cheese, and a hard-boiled egg, it's served with Sabatino's addictive house dressing, while old-school Frank Sinatra tunes play in the dining room. You have to think that the Chairman of the Board ended a few long nights the exact same way.
