Best Places To Work 2012: The Surveys

We're compiling our list of the best places to work in the greater Baltimore area!

Are you an employee who wants to brag about your workplace? Or are you an employer who's proud to run a great organization?

The following questionnaires are intended to help us understand what makes your workplace one of Baltimore's best.

What makes a great place to work? For most of our past picks, it has been a combination of factors, which typically have included: an atmosphere or physical work space that makes you happy to head to work in the morning; a devotion to helping employees advance in their careers; stellar benefits; above average compensation; employee- and family-friendly policies like flexible work arrangements; inspiring leadership; or some combination of all of the above. To be considered, your company must be financially stable and hiring or expecting to hire in 2012.

We strive for a mix of large and small companies from across a variety of industries, so even if your employer lacks the official programs and policies that a larger employer may have, we want to hear from you.

Once we receive your completed questionnaire, we'll review it and contact you for additional information if necessary.
