The way to a lover’s heart …

valentineIs through the stomach, of course. Learn how to prepare a Valentine’s Day dinner for two with aphrodisiac foods at a hands-on class from 6:30-9:30 p.m. on Feb. 3 or Feb. 10 at Baltimore International College. The cost is $80.

Or if sweets are your thing, a class on how to make Valentine’s Day chocolates will be held from 6:30-9:30 p.m. on Feb. 3 or Feb. 10. Cost is $60.

Either class sounds like a delicious and fun way to get ready for the Feb. 14 holiday.

The culinary school is also offering several other “Food Enthusiast” seminars and demos during the spring semester. You can check out the catalog online. The non-credit sessions are taught by experienced chef instructors at BIC’s Central Avenue location.
