Joe Squared and Mr. Rain’s Fun House will celebrate the Chinese New Year, which honors the rabbit, with special menus in February.
Joe Squared—which will feature celebratory dishes in addition to its regular menu from Feb. 4-10—will donate a portion of its sales to scholarships for rural students in China to attend Sias International University, a school that combines educational practices from China and the United States.
Mr. Rain’s Fun House will offer a tasting menu featuring rabbit from Feb.3-6. A vegetarian menu will also be available.
Mr. Rain's press release says it all: “Eat the Rabbit or Eat What the Rabbit Eats.”
