Sous chef Ana Rodriguez of the five-star restaurant Casa del Visitante in Mendoza, Argentina, will be joining Pazo's chef de cuisine Mario Cano Catalan, pictured, to prepare a four-course dinner plus tapas and dessert at the Harbor East restaurant on April 28.
The meal will be paired with wines from Familia Zuccardi Winery, which specializes in reds produced in Mendoza. The Zuccardi's restaurant Casa del Visitante is located on the family's Argentine property.
The dinner will be hosted by Julia Zuccardi, granddaughter of the winery's founder. The cost is $89 per person inclusive. Reservations are recommended.
