The James Beard broadcast media awards were just announced on Twitter: Baltimore’s Duff Goldman of “Ace of Cakes” was bested by Alton Brown of “Good Eats” for TV Food Personality.
Duff's “Ace of Cakes” show also succumbed to Eric Ripert’s “Avec Erik” in the category on Television Program on Location.
Congrats are still in order to Duff of Charm City Cakes for being named a JB finalist. It’s great to get the recognition and attention for Baltimore.
