I got an e-mail today from a casting producer for FOX's "Kitchen Nightmares" saying, "We are heading to the Baltimore area to find deserving restaurants."
The catch is that they need recommendations this week for the show that enlists British chef Gordon Ramsay, pictured, to help troubled restaurants.
There is some fine print: Restaurants must have been open at least one year, offer dinner service, and have at least 35 seats.
And the guidelines point out, "This is a casting call with no guarantee of acceptance."
But if you'd like a shot of working with Gordon Ramsay—often referred to as the "shouty" chef on eater.com—now's your chance.
