A James Beard award-winning chef is bringing three restaurant concepts to the new Four Seasons Hotel Baltimore, which is scheduled to open Nov. 1.
Chef Michael Mina, pictured, who has received numerous accolades from around the country, will be overseeing Wit & Wisdom, which will offer a contemporary take on traditional tavern food; La Mill, an upscale coffee shop; and Pabu, a dinner-only spot focusing on fine Japanese cuisine.
While Wit & Wisdom (serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner) and La Mill (serving until 5 p.m.) will open at the same time as the luxury restaurant in Harbor East, Pabu will have a later opening in February 2012 with a main dining room, sushi station, and terrace seating.
The Four Seasons also will have a bar and lobby lounge and a pool bar and grill.
The eating options in Harbor East just keep getting better.
