Maryland natives Bryan Voltaggio of VOLT in Frederick and brother Michael Voltaggio of the soon-to-open INK in Los Angeles have collaborated on a cookbook to be called 'VOLT INK' after their restaurants. (Wonder who decided that VOLT would go first in the name.)
The brothers, who are former Top Chef contestants, will "include ingredient-driven recipes, personal experiences, modern culinary techniques, and photographs" in the cookbook, according to eater.com.
Pub date is Oct. 25.
