sofi's crepesSofi's Crepes opens a new store. And Petit Louis Bistro parties with a special menu for the July 14 French national holiday.

The new Sofi's Crepes in Owings Mills welcomes customers tomorrow with live jazz along with its savory and sweet crêpes menu from 11 a.m.-7 p.m.

It's a franchise of the original creperie, next to the Charles Theatre, that was named in honor of owner Ann Costlow's cute pup, pictured.

Petit Louis Bistro in Roland Park will have live entertainment and Bastille Day T-shirts from 5-10 p.m. in addition to a four-course menu, including gougères, ratatouille, grilled salmon, boeuf mariné, and pistachio tuiles.

The cost is $39 a person, $25 for children 12 and under.
