Chefs Bill Crouse of Chef's Expressions, Winston Blick of Clementine, Bryan P. Davis of The Classic Catering People, and 14 others from around the state were selected today to prepare dishes at the invitation-only Governor's Buy Local Cookout on July 21.
The chefs are paired with a local farmer, waterman, or producer to promote Maryland's fourth annual Buy Local Challenge Week, July 23-31. They include Springfield Farms, Boordy Vineyards, One Straw Farm, and Gunpowder Bison & Trading Co.
