Five-star cocktail hour at Charleston

cindy wolf Charleston—a recent recipient of the prestigious five-star Diamond Award—offers an elegant cocktail hour on Wednesdays at the Harbor East restaurant. Each week, a Champagne and a specialty cocktail are featured in the bar.

This Wednesday, guests can enjoy Champagne, Laurent Dauphin "Tradition" Brut NV ($10 a glass) and a Luxardo sidecar, an updated classic made with cognac, Luxardo triple sec orange liqueur, and fresh lemons ($7 a glass).

The evening also includes a plate of complimentary hors d'oeuvres between 5:30-7 p.m. if you'd like to sample chef Cindy Wolf's innovative fare. The full Charleston menu is also available in the bar.

The restaurant, owned by Cindy and business partner Tony Foreman, was presented last week with the prestigious International Star Diamond award for excellence by the American Academy of Hospitality Sciences. The group gives out the sought-after award to five-star properties annually.

It's nice to put Baltimore on the map with this recognition!
