A BYOB Noodle Bar Opens Today

Republic Noodle in Federal Hill will have a soft opening from 4-9 p.m. today (Sept. 6). The new restaurant at 1121 Light St. is BYOB.

Regular hours will be from 11 a.m.-close daily and start on Thursday.

The food photos on the restaurant's website look great. I hope they taste as good, too.
