A taste of opera

sotto sopraSotto Sopra has scheduled its first Opera Night of the new year, featuring a six-course meal, on Jan. 15. If you haven’t been to Opera Night, I recommend it. I went to one during the summer and had a great time.

The performances were terrific, and the food was delicious.

The January dinner will feature winter beet panzanella, scallop and roasted squash risotto, braised stuffed veal shoulder, and other dishes.

The Opera Night dinners are held monthly. The cost is $58 per person, not including beverages, tax, and gratuity. For more information, visit Sotto Sopra’s website.
