Bijoux to Host Rococo Rocks Trunk Show: April 19-21
Starting Thursday, April 19 through Saturday, April 21 Bijoux (located at the Gatehouse at Green Spring Station) will be hosting a Rococo Rocks Trunk Show, showcasing the work of jewelry designer Linda Scherr. Creating bold statement pieces that are either one-of-a-kind or limited edition, Scherr's work has been described as "Coco Chanel meets old Hollywood." She uses elements such as coin and keishi pearls, natural turquoise, Swarovski crystal, and hand-cut crystal quartz to create elegant and timeless pieces ranging from $95-650.
Bijoux is the only store in the Baltimore area to carry the Rococo Rocks collection. Linda Scherr, originally from Baltimore, was the owner of Rococo (a women's fashion boutique in Pikesville) from 1986-1992. She now works out of her studio in Scottsdale Arizona, where all of her pieces are handmade.
