According to Travel + Leisure, Baltimore ranks as America's #3 city for worst-dressed people.
Well, at least we aren't number one (sorry Anchorage and Salt Lake City). In Baltimore's defense, I don't think it's fair to use HonFest as an accurate measuring tool to judge our city's style. We have great stores that are stocked with merchandise ranging from classic chic, to vintage, and trend right, and I know plenty of super-stylish folks that support these shops. Although there are a few bad apples, Charm City is somewhat of a hidden gem, and our style goes hand in hand with that. While some cities have fashion written all over them, Baltimore's style is less obvious at times, which kind of makes it special when you do spot that person with solid sartorial taste. I have to say, I love this city because of that.
